There’s More to Love from HP This February

Earlier this month, HP launched its newest generation latex printers: Latex 700 and Latex 800 Series. As for the current portfolio, when you “Upgrade to Latex”, you can save up to $7,000 on a qualified printer when all rebates are applied or “Cash in and Trade up” and save up to $1,000 on a DesignJet printer when you upgrade from your current solvent, latex, or aqueous printer. Also, instantly save on the HP DesignJet Studio Printers, perfect for in-home workspaces.

HP Latex Printers

HP Latex printers deliver high-quality applications up to 64 inches wide while keeping costs low and diversifying your portfolio. With latex printing, you can offer your clients same-day applications such as stickers and decals, customized clothing, or window and vehicle graphics.

HP Loyalty Rebates extended through Feb. 28:

 Current owners of HP Latex L2 Series (L26100, L26500, L28500, 210, 260, or 280) can still save up to $5,000 on the purchase of a new printer when submitting motherboard of a current legacy latex printer:

HP Latex 365 – $3,000 loyalty rebate; combine with $1,000 instant rebate. Total savings: $4,000.

HP Latex 560 – $5,000 loyalty rebate.

Upgrade to Latex

 Get $6,000 cash back on the purchase of a Latex 570; combine with the $1,000 instant rebate for a total of $7,000 savings. Purchase by Feb. 28, submit an online claim by Mar. 31 and send in the main print controller board of an eligible printer by April 30 to qualify for the Upgrade to Latex rebate.

HP DesignJet Printers

The HP DesignJet line-up is versatile and offers printers for everything from CAD drawings (DesignJet T) to graphics (DesignJet Z6) to professional photography (DesignJet Z9+).

HP DesignJet Cash-in & Trade-up valid through Feb. 28:

For the Cash-in & Trade-up claim, the formatter board of an eligible printer must be returned. The claim must be filed by Feb. 28 and formatter board shipped by Mar. 31.

Big Savings with HP’s Latest Printer Incentives

HP Latex 260

HP announced today that the HP Latex 260 61″ inkjet printer is now available for a $3,000 cash-back mail-in rebate for owners of eligible HP Designjet L series or HP Latex 200 series printers through March 31.

The rebate can be combined with the February Instant Rebate (see below), and only new HP Latex 260 printers are eligible for the promotion. All you need to do is submit a photo of the printer with the serial number. For details, go to www.hp.com/go/latexloyalty.

The HP Latex 260 is also eligible for the Upgrade to Latex promotion. Trade in a qualifying 30-inch or wider solvent printer or printer/cutter or a 42-inch or wider aqueous printer and get $2,500 cash back.

There are a number of HP printers that do not qualify for trade-in. Call a LexJet customer specialist at 800-453-9538 for more information about which printers do not qualify.

There’s also a $2,000 instant rebate on the HP Latex 260, which you can combine with the Upgrade to Latex promotions, for a total potential savings of $5,000. If you’re looking for a wider print area, HP is also offering a $7,500 instant rebate on the HP Latex 280 104″ inkjet printer.

The instant rebates are good through Feb. 28, and the Upgrade to Latex promotion for the HP Latex 260 is good through March 31.

If you’re looking to upgrade your aqueous inkjet printer, HP has a great deal for you with its HP Designjet Cash In & Trade Up Winter 2014 promotion. When you trade in a qualifying printer you can get up to $3,500 cash back.

HP Designjet printers to which you can trade up include the HP Designjet Z6200 60-inch photo printer (up to $3,500 back), HP Designjet Z6200 42-inch printer (up to $2,500 back), HP Designjet T7100 42-inch technical printer (up to $1,500 back), HP Designjet T2500 PostScript eMultifunction 36-inch printer (up to $500 back), and the HP Designjet T2500 eMultifunction 36-inch printer (up to $500 back).

We use the phrase “up to” since you’ll need to provide a serial number and return the formatter board or motherboard for your qualifying trade-in printer to receive the maximum. You can also provide just the serial number for less cash back ($250-$500). The Designjet Cash In & Trade Up promotion runs through March 31.
