Why Does Accurate Contour Cutting Matter?

Small alignment errors can become much more noticeable when you're cutting around printed graphics. That's especially important when you're producing detailed decals, repeated graphics, or longer print-and-cut jobs.

The Graphtec FC9000-160 uses Graphtec's Advanced Registration Mark Sensing (ARMS) technology to detect registration marks and compensate for alignment, helping maintain accurate contour cutting around printed graphics.

The Graphtec FC9000-160 is ideal for decals and labels, vehicle graphics, window graphics and films, floor graphics, reflective signage, promotional graphics, and more.

Keep Roll-to-Roll Finishing Moving

Designed for wide-format production, the FC9000-160 offers a maximum cutting area of 64 inches wide and cutting speeds up to 58.5 inches per second. With up to 600 gf of cutting force, it can handle materials ranging from vinyl and window film to reflective media and other specialty applications.

Graphtec's Data Link barcode system can also automatically identify the corresponding cutting data for a printed job, supporting continuous print-and-cut workflows and reducing manual steps between jobs.
