Webinar Replay: Achieving Color Expectations with ONYX Color

Color matching can often be a graphic artist’s dream and a print service provider’s nightmare. Sometimes, spot or trademarked colors can be tricky when going from screen to print, but hitting the right color is an important part of ensuring your client is happy with the results.

To help PSPs with the color-matching process, Alicia Wallace recently presented a webinar for ONYX users. Wallace is an expert in RIP software for wide-format printers, color management and profiling for a variety of devices, as well as commercial offset and packaging system workflows. She has been instrumental in educating the industry on the use of new software, both in the classroom and on-site.

Based on the feedback provided, Wallace covered a much-needed topic on how to properly use swatch book and color matching and the importance of ambient light when working with a client’s sample and the final printed product.
