If you’re in the large-format printing business and you’ve been paying attention to the NCAA tournament over the past week, you’ve probably recognized lots of opportunities for all sorts of printed banners and signage.
Of course, those opportunities aren’t limited to sporting events and arenas. Banners play an important role in highlighting event information, community announcements and retail messaging, just to name a few of the possible applications.
And now more than ever, customers are looking for great media to use to print signs and banners that is also environmentally friendly. Today, there are lots of options that fit all those demands.
HP makes a high-density polyethylene HDPE Reinforced Banner material that provides an ultra-light-weight option to PVC scrim, and delivers vivid colors and a durability that lasts when displayed outdoors.
HP Everyday Matte Polypropylene is another option for customers looking for sturdy, tear-resistant banners at a great value. It’s an ideal option for point-of-purchase signage and short-term trade show and event displays. Plus, like the HDPE Reinforced Banner material, it’s 100% recyclable.
If you’re looking to expand your options and be a bigger player in the signage and banner game, give a LexJet print specialist a call at 800-453-9538 to learn about these options and more.
Thanks for the information! I’m setting up a booth at a big event, so I need a banner that will make my booth noticeable. It’s great that there are banner making companies that offer HDPE reinforced banner material since they’re more light weight than other materials. I have a lot to carry to set up my booth, so an ultra-light weight banner would be excellent.
Hi Deanna. Glad this was helpful. Let us know how your event goes and send photos. We’d love to see your banners in action!
