For LexJet, ISA Sign Expo Truly Was a Really Big Show

We’ve heard a lot of big numbers being thrown around about this year’s ISA International Sign Expo. This year’s attendance topped 20,044, which is the largest crowd for ISA in 10 years, and the largest that the Orlando show has ever seen.

LexJet was one of 600 exhibitors in the 200,000-square-foot trade show floor. Also, our 50-foot-by-24-foot carnival themed wall graphic, complete with Ferris wheel and roller coaster printed on LexJet Simple Flo Wrap Vinyl, was the largest mural ever displayed inside the ISA show.

“The energy on the trade show floor was palpable,” says Lori Anderson, ISA president and CEO. “Exhibitors reported that sales were outstanding. Both of those are an indication of the positive outlook that attendees hold for the sign and graphics industry.”

But, of course, the success of a show can be determined not only by numbers, but connections and lasting impressions, as well. With a huge carnival going on under the big top, and the smell of fresh popcorn and cotton candy wafting through the trade show floor, the LexJet booth definitely made a strong statement.

“I heard over and over that we had the best and most original booth at the show,” says LexJet sales representative Brian Wilson. “People said it was nice to see something different and appreciated the way we integrated our products instead of the usual display methods.”

The LexJet booth was fueled on fun and backed by knowledge and experience, with nearly every inch of booth space covered in a custom printed media product available at LexJet, from LexJet TOUGHcoat AquaVinyl PSA on stands to the HEYtex 15 oz. TopazDS on the game tables and HP Light Fabric on the massive branded arches, just to mention a few.

“We surprised a lot of our vendors, competitors, customers and prospects by making our presence felt throughout ISA,” says Dean Lambert, LexJet’s sales leader. ” We were definitely the talk of the show with our innovative booth design.”

Our recently expanded LexJet WallPro by York caught a lot of attention.

Getting down to business, visitors were expressing a lot of interest in products such as LexJet WallPro by York, panoRama Walk & Wall and Simple Flo Wrap on the mural, as well as the latest advances in technology with the three printers we featured in the booth: The HP Latex 360, Epson SureColor S60600 and the soon-to-be-released Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-6000S.

“The majority of the customers I dealt with believed that wallcovering is trending in the marketplace,” says LexJet sales representative Tyler Vaden. “They were really impressed by the York line.”
