We’re delighted to see that some of the first customers to try LexJet Sunset Photo Metallic paper for inkjet photo printing are helping us spread the word. For example, we noticed that photographer Jack V. Johnson had written about Sunset Photo Metallic on his blog.
So, we contacted him and asked if he would mind providing more detailed comments and an image of one of the prints he had made with the new paper.
Here’s what Jack Johnson had to say: “LexJet’s Sunset Photo Metallic is the paper I’ve been waiting for. I’ve made a number of prints of my landscape photos, and everyone who has seen them has commented on their feeling of depth and luminosity. I can’t wait to print more images on this paper!” He praised the rich, vibrant colors, deep blacks, and distinctive metallic peralescence he was able to achieve in the prints rolling off his own in-studio inkjet printer.

I have only had the opportunity to make two prints with this new paper …. but both of them were fantastic — especially compared to the other papers I have used for these two images. The Metallic really makes the colors pop and come to life. Thanks for a great new paper.
