When it comes to window graphics, the goal is simple- turn glass surfaces into high-impact advertising space while still maintaining functionality for those inside. Designed as a one-way vision perforated window film, Arlon’s [DPF 45WF 60/40 Perforated Window Film](https://www.lexjet.com/en/arlon-dpf-45wf-6040-perforated-window-film-54in-x-164ft) gives print providers and installers a reliable way to accomplish that goal.

**Built for High-Impact Window Graphics**

Arlon DPF 45WF is a **6-mil perforated calendered film with a black-back construction**, engineered specifically for one-way vision applications. What does that mean in the real world? From the outside, you get vibrant, full-color graphics that grab attention. From the inside, the perforation pattern allows for **clear outward visibility**, making it ideal for storefronts, vehicles, and commercial spaces.

It’s a simple concept, but execution matters. And that’s where this film delivers.

**The 60/40 Advantage**

One of the defining features of DPF 45WF is its 60/40 perforation pattern,** **a balance that’s widely considered the sweet spot for window perf.

This balance allows graphics to stand out without making interiors feel dark or obstructed, delivering strong outward-facing visuals while maintaining privacy and visibility from the inside.

For installers and end users, that translates to a better overall experience- both visually and functionally.

**Designed for Real-World Applications**

DPF 45WF is built for a wide range of everyday applications where window graphics play a key role. Where you’ll see this film often:

One advantage of DPF 45WF is its flexibility across print platforms. It’s compatible with Solvent, Eco-solvent, UV, and Latex.

**Installation Considerations That Matter**

Like any window perf film, proper installation is key to performance. Here are some common tips for the best results:

These steps help maintain the one-way vision effect and protect the printed graphic over time. For experienced installers, these are standard practices, but they make a big difference in the final result.

Not every window graphic is meant to last forever. DPF 45WF features a **removable pressure-sensitive adhesive**, allowing for clean removal when a promotion or campaign ends.

This makes it especially useful for seasonal retail promotions, temporary branding, event graphics, or limited-time advertising. And with outdoor durability rated up to about a year (unprinted), it strikes a strong balance between performance and flexibility.
