Though only trade show exhibit managers and corporate event managers are eligible, suppliers (like graphics producers) are encouraged to submit entries on behalf of their clients.

Winners are featured in EXHIBITOR’s February issue, which EXHIBITOR says is read by more than 30,000 marketing professionals in the trade show, corporate event and meetings industries.

Winners also receive a free one-day pass to the EXHIBITOR SHOW, including three seminars, a Peer2Peer session, and admission to the exhibit hall and reception, valued at nearly $900. This could be a great relationship-building gift for your client when you nominate them. The EXHIBITOR SHOW will be held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, March 16-20, 2014.

The All-Star Awards honor exhibit and event managers who have developed innovative solutions that have improved their companies’ programs dramatically, achieving measurable, numeric results.

The Exhibit Design Awards honor the world’s best exhibition designs and present its winners with custom trophies, international coverage in EXHIBITOR magazine, and bragging rights.

The Exhibit Design Awards are worth their weight in marketing and PR gold. The early bird deadline is Nov. 16, 2012 ($140), and the final deadline is Nov. 30, 2012 ($185).

LexJet Sunset Award: Enter to Win a $200 Gift Certificate and More at PhotoPro Expo

Win awards and prizes at the PhotoPro Expo 2012Billed as the Super Bowl of Photography, the PhotoPro Expo takes place on Super Bowl Weekend, Feb. 2-5 at the Marriott River Center in Covington, Ky., just across the river from Cincinnati. Divisions include Portrait, Wedding, Gallery, Digital Artistry, Rising Star, Albums and Specialists. Printing award for HP inkjet printersHP announces the HP Print Excellence Awards, a new worldwide competition honoring graphic arts printing produced on HP Designjet, IndigoInkjet Web Press and Scitex systems.

An international panel of print experts will select winners in 16 categories of commercial print, wide-format graphics and label and packaging applications. In addition to evaluating print quality, the HP Print Excellence Awards also will recognize innovative examples of environmentally responsible printing. 

The HP Print Excellence Awards are free to enter. HP graphic arts customers can download entry details and forms at http://www.hp.com/go/printexcellenceawards. Entries are due by March 15, 2012 and are completed in a three-stage process: Online contest registration, online end-customer approval and a sample submission to HP.

Winners will be announced at an invitation-only gala event held during drupa 2012 next May in Düsseldorf, Germany. Select entries will be on display at HP’s stand at drupa, in hall 4.

ISA International Sign Exposition, April 28-30, Las Vegas: This annual giant expo produced by the International Sign Association may be a harbinger of the beginnings of an economic recovery as ISA reports that the number of exhibitors and pre-registered attendees is up sharply this year.
